Cool thanks!!

Thanks so much im so proud of myself!! excited to see the next 50 come off as well

My husband knows im working out and sticking to my diet but does not know exactly how much i have lost and have gotten him to work out more as well he says he wants to look more fit

It motivated me to be healthy when he left i refuse to him coming home from being gone a year to me still being unhealthy.

oh and thanks on the shirt i love to dress girly and being smaller i feel better in girly clothes no more grandma jeans and sweats!!!!!

So how have you been doing it? Cutting calories, what kind of exercise? I am close to your starting weight and need some motivation

I love love love to eat so that was one thing i started cutting down on, smaller portions i have a specific bowel and plate i use for me I count calories not weight watchers I do go to spark people.com and they have meal plans and count your calories for you and 3fat chicks is a big part in it as well i used to go on it everyday havent in a while but im picking back up, I just check all packagings and choose the lower ones like if i buy yogurt ill buy the 100 calories opposed to the 170 I DO NOT GO OUT TO EAT if i do it would be a regular side salad n ranch and yes croûtons absolutely no carbohydrates drinks, I'm not like on anything strict i just go by whats working for me because i still eat ketchup with food i just get the no high fructose syrup ones light everything brown rice brown everything wheat bread etc. I work out 5-6 times a week nothing extensive just treadmill 30 min one night a Jillian Michel the next when i started i could not jog on the treadmill for more than 30 sec and now I'm up to 5-7 min non stop at 4.0 that is HUGE FOR ME especially because I'm still carrying a lot of weight on my little body I'm only 5.0 exactly, ill do speed walking and keep changing it up jog/run for 5-6 min speed walk 2min run/jog 5-6 min for the 30 min when i do work out i wear joggers or yoga pants and the sweat bands around my waist and a sweater i try to stay active during the day (especially because of my 1 year old son) so ill take him to the park and run with him etc If you are determined you will make it i have been overweight and now am morbidly obese most of my life and losing 52 lbs has been amazing and seeing the transformation my body is doing i wasn't able to sit Indian style i can now, it used to hurt to just to tie my shoes, again being 5.0 at 289 i was a little butterball I cant wait to see how I'm going to keep changing and not to be conceited but the more weight i loose the prettier i feel!!!!! I have tried everything and the funny thing is the only thing that worked for me and its what i do now EAT HEALTHY and work out.
