scale moving in right direction again!
Hi guys! Im giving u an update on my never-ending plateau and weight gain from eating at maintenance for a month. After getting back up to 230 pounds, I started speed walking /jogging intervals 4 miles daily for a month and varying my calories from 1200-1800, the scale finally went down to 224!! Im so happy im motivated and have hope again!!! Let's hope to movement keep going and I will feel relief when I get back to 215 (my lowest weight before plateau ). I didn't eliminate cheese or milk cuz its so hard to stay away from to see if I have an allergy to it but I am watching it. Thankx guys for being here thru my struggles and triumphs!
