Well I've just started my diet, I'm on the slimming world diet and my first weigh in is on Thursday.

I started out at 13 stone. (182 Lbs).
My main goal at the moment is to get down to 10 stone. (140 Lbs) in order to be healthy, and then I would like to tone and what not. I got a busy/hectic life with work and whatnot so I get to go walking twice a week only if I'm lucky! Mainly gonna focus on eating well for the time being and then work from there.
Just wanted somewhere to discuss it all.
