I would like to find some folks for a support group to help keep me on track and accountable for my actions.
I am 53, female, 5'4" and about 200 pounds. I want to lose 50 to 60 pounds. I have really tried to eat more healthy this past couple years and work on portion control. This year I really wanted to kick in exercise ... Hasn't happened. I was excited that I quit smoking last Oct and didn't gain any weight but I have been traveling for the past 6 weeks and have gained weight.:
I will be back at my house this coming Monday so I can really get serious and I really need someone to touch bases with and bounce ideas off and keep me focused.
