Default C25K program for regular old iPod?

You are all going to get sick of me, I swear. *L* Just got back from the doctor, and I have the all-clear from her to start a running program. She specifically recommended C25K!

So now my question is this: I know that there's an app/podcast that actually walks you through the program, but the only ones I've been able to find so far are for iPod touch or the iPhone. Mine is just a regular old iPod. So is there a podcast thingy that I can download that will walk me through the program, or is it an actual app that you need a "fancy" iPod for?

Thanks for any help, and sorry for all the posts! *L*

There are podcasts. They work with any ipod or mp3 player.

Yep you just download the MP3 file, load it into iTunes and then onto your iPod.

I have a regular old ipod and used a podcast. I can't remember the guys first name, something Ullrey. I previewed a bunch of others and liked his best

If it helps, I didn't care for the music. I did find a free app on the droid that lets you listen to music and just beeps for you at the appropriate intervals. But this time around (I had to stop when I hurt an ankle) I've just gone through my music in itunes and made a playlist that had songs that lasted the proper amount of time (or close) in the right order. It works just fine!

Just a thought. Good luck!
