Not sure if this will help, but I started with small steps changing a little at a time. First step for me was to cut out the sweets... sugar was my weakness (do you know how good it feels to say "was"?). The fact that I bake sweets on the side for extra money does not help, but... after going about 5 weeks without, I stopped craving the cookies, cake, and candy bars

Now I reach for a popsicle (35 calories) when I get that hankering. Then it was more activity...this was a tricky balance for me cause I deal with constant pain.. but I have not only found it, but have been building myself stronger because of it

I stayed with just those changes until about the end of April and had lost a bit... was 225Lb. Then it was time to jack it up a bit. I started to challenge myself to fit in more activity and also diet change (for weight loss and for colon issues) - so now do water based veggies and fruits, whole grains, and white meat or fish. I did the diet change first and got used to it so the body was happy, then start of July incorporated the more activity! It's been wonderful! While doing diet changes, the scale didn't move much, but now it's moving again with activity jacked up... and now doing supplements that were recommended... this is my next phase and this is my first full day of it

The journey starts with steps..if I tried to leap, I would have failed already... do the pace that fits you and you WILL succeed!

I LOVE your "go get em'" attitude and hope we get to encourage each other on this trip to success!!!!
