Hey there! Is anyone from Toronto? My work out sessions have consisted of outdoor activities, mainly walking (fast when I can) up and down the hill at Riverdale Park East. I'd like to do more and would like to have a work out buddy I find I have more motivation when I'm with someone else (I do the hills with my DH). So, if you live in TO and are interested let's get together.
Also if you have any tips for outdoor exercising in the city please share them!
I did go to meetup.com. I found one group, but they do indoor workouts. I might consider them for the winter, but for the summer I'd like to stay outdoors. Most of the groups that do outdoor workouts are with people who are already fit, not obese. There would be no way I could keep up with them, at least not now.
