Default Hello :)

Hi

I'm new here. I'm 26 and I live in Scotland. I'm looking for some inspiration to lose weight, get fit and stay healthy. I started losing weight a couple of years ago. I lost 28 lbs in a year and then felt comfortable and stopped trying to lose. I've more or less maintained that loss but I've stopped exercising and while I haven't really put on weight (well 6lbs), I'm no longer as toned and feel awful as a result. Anyway... I'm jumping back on the wagon and am hoping to lose another 38lbs. Eeeek Sounds a lot when I actually see it written down.

And congrats on the weight loss so far! If you already know what you have to do to get your body to lose weight and tone up then you'll do great!

I'm new here too and finding my way around. Just wanted to say - you are young and very vibrant looking and it's great to see your post and the other younger ladies here paying attention to your health NOW so... WAY TO GO! The good habits and the care that you take of your bodies now will make a huge difference in the years to come. keep it up!

Thanks for a lovely welcome. I've been obese my whole life and am just sick of it. Really need to take action & it helps to be surrounded by likeminded people xxx

Welcome! The good thing about doing it before is you know what works etc for you. So best of Irish luck and break it up into mini goals. It seems less daunting that way!
