Hi
I'm new here. I'm 26 and I live in Scotland. I'm looking for some inspiration to lose weight, get fit and stay healthy. I started losing weight a couple of years ago. I lost 28 lbs in a year and then felt comfortable and stopped trying to lose. I've more or less maintained that loss but I've stopped exercising and while I haven't really put on weight (well 6lbs), I'm no longer as toned and feel awful as a result. Anyway... I'm jumping back on the wagon and am hoping to lose another 38lbs. Eeeek
