Hello everyone!
I just wanted to share what I have been doing for my work out routine. I have not been super duper
committed and doing it everyday like I want to, but I am making progress. I alternate 2 Biggest Loser
DVDs I have. And do Just Dance after wards. My right knee has been bothering me so I will sometimes
skip JD, or only do a few sets. I did this same routine last year but started doing it everyday right off
the bat, and on top of a FT job. I lost 15lbs in 3 weeks. I only stopped bcs I got the stomach flu, and
it was really bad for about 2 weeks. Then I never picked it back up again. But I'm back in gear and getting
started again. And here I am.... +20 from where I had originally started from.
But I am sick of feeling like a huge disgusting pig, no job, vegging out online all day bcs I have 'nothing to do'.
Now I have something to do.... and that is working out baby!

And I make sure that when I am doing
the DVDs/JD I am not just going with the flow or half assing it.... I'm pushing myself, and doing it hard. Though
it gets hard to put forth that extra effort. I have scarred tissue from a surgery about 5 yrs ago, and when I get
really active it hurts sometimes..... really bad. So I am pushing myself, yet trying to not over do it and cause
pain on myself that will only set me back. It's a juggling act, and the line is thin... But it is progress.
And for some reason I work harder when I have an event I want to look great for. Something in the future to
look forward to and look great at. Last year it was my husbands graduation from BMT, next year it is my brothers
wedding. Does anyone else work this way, about needing that party, or graduation, or wedding or something in the
future to really get you going? Oh, and not to mention I def want to be in shape for a Zombie Apocalypse. The old
and fat people go first, and I def want to live!
ETA: I also have an addictive personality... which is why I get stuck surfing the internet all day, eating the entire box
of Blue Bunny Fudgecicles, and when I get to that point of losing weight and I can notice it, and people comment on it
..... I'll be pushing myself harder, working out longer, and every single day. I'm looking forward to those first 10 or so
lbs that are lost so I can get into that mode. I got there last year and I felt GREAT!!!
