It's hard to take it weekly, I think the weekly weigh in's are important, but at the same time don't get discouraged. I was in this same boat just a few days ago when I found this website, and I am feeling much better about things now. I am on week 6 and my weigh in's have been -9, -1, -1, -1, -2
I am just in the mindset of keep going and look at the long term picture.
Also, TOM can be a huge factor! Also depending on what you ate, you could have retained some water even though you were on with your points. It will even back out. Hang in there, and promise yourself to re-read this post in six months
