Default and after a pause...help?

I'm trying to climb back on the wagon... was doing really really well and lost 28 pounds from Feb-april and then I just had a week where I just COULD NOT take thinking so hard about what to eat or not to eat... didn't go totally crazy stuck mostly with sb freindly carbs ww tortillas, whole grain bread, ww pasta... but then would do things I had totally outlawed like pizza... I think it's made it in my head that I don't even really like french fries or chips so managed to stay somewhat ok... 3 months off gained back about 8-10 pounds... SO I'm starting over... having more trouble finding the desire to eat eggs this time... and my schedule changed so I'm home for family dinner time which is also proving a challenge... my biggest obstacle is breakfast... I don't want eggs, and many times I get calls all night (work) and sleep till the last possible minute to get out the door and screeching in the door at work... any advice would be appreciated!!

I never eat eggs for breakfast. For over a year now my daily morning meal has been beans - a great combination of protein, carbs and fiber. Before that I often ate leftovers from the night before. Think outside the box and don't feel it has to be a typical breakfast food. Other things I ate before I latched onto the beans - individual cheesecakes (there is a recipe on here somewhere) and zucchini "pancakes" reheated. Both of those are fast options. Good luck!

I don't do eggs either in the morn, so did yogurt with cinnamon and stevia, cottage cheese with the same, and my favorite, a smoothie with cottage cheese, no-sugar chocolate powder and vanilla almond milk (make sure it's the sugar free one) is awesome too and fast.

Once I hit phase two i used frozen blueberries instead of chocolate. But I don't have issues of fruit being a trigger for me. Ya know, this sounds good, I think I will go have one now )

Smoothie does sound good! I was doing them before but using soy milk and then read that it increases estrogen... not good... but will try almond!

Karen I tried making the cheesecake last night but I think I did something wrong, I added strawberry jello for flavor and I think I added too much cause it has a bit of weird aftertaste... I'll try again plain I think...

Thank you for the ideas Ladies!!

greek yogurt is yummy for breakfast. stir in some peanut butter or nuts! Bring along a V8 and a perfect breakfast is yours.

I also ate hummus and veggies (cut up veggies the night before) - make your own hummus (black beans are good here too) and it's good for a week or more! I also used 100 calorie guac packs for breakfast with veggies to dip.

Cottage cheese is easy (and it comes in single servings to grab and go)!
