I don't do eggs either in the morn, so did yogurt with cinnamon and stevia, cottage cheese with the same, and my favorite, a smoothie with cottage cheese, no-sugar chocolate powder and vanilla almond milk (make sure it's the sugar free one) is awesome too and fast.
Once I hit phase two i used frozen blueberries instead of chocolate. But I don't have issues of fruit being a trigger for me. Ya know, this sounds good, I think I will go have one now
