hello again
well I set this up weeks ago stayed awhile then left I am back and staying I need buddies on this journey I am a emotional eater happy eat sad eat stressed eat etc. so today I eliminated a source of stress! I am deleting my facebook acct. who would think that would be a stresser but for me it is lol. so I am doing the new ww points plus at home no meetings I do have all the materials. I have diabetics type 2 and ra/lupus. I am basically not excersing but my goal this week is just to be outside 30 min next week I will add something etc. hope to have support and be supportive! Tanya
