I have been there..... and all I can say is workout, workout and workout. The more muscle you have, the more you burn..... and unfortunately, you lose some muscle with initial weight loss. You can do it honey! Another thing I've been reading about, is tricking the body. Mix up the amount of calories you consume each...like, for a couple of days have 12 hundred and the next, have 16 hundred. I guess it prevets the body from storing the fat. It would be really cool if it could be 2500 caories for a couple of days and 3000 the next
