Got to my 10% goal
Yeah!!!! I am sooooo very pleased with myself. I have lost 10% of my initial weight. I initially weighed 127.7kg and now I am down to 114kg. It was quite by chance that I walked into WW on that first day. My son has swimming lessons and WW was just opening a new premises next door I asked about the program and joined at the same time. Why didnt I do this sooner? I have a lot of weight to lose. My healthy weight range is around 60kg, so I have to lose 50% total. I havent focused on how many kgs more to lose, or how many kgs I have lost, that is overwhelming, but I aim to lose each week.
I was stuck at 118kg for 6 weeks, losing 100g, each week... it was very difficult, but I stuck with the program. I love the additional 49 points. I find myself planning my meals, buying more fresh food and vegetables. I have been on this journey for 6 months and I know that I am committed for life. I love the support from the meetings. I have made so many new friends and tried some new fitness activities, including joining a Personal training group and zumba!
I encourage you to stuck with the program - it works!
