After being stalled for so so long this was just EXACTLY the kick I needed to get me going again. Total of 48.3 pounds lost in 20 months.

First of all congratulations on your weight loss so far.
I can't say whether or not you will lose 5lbs next week but I do know in my experience that when I drop 5lbs in a week it tends to be water weight or at least a portion of it. My opinion though is work hard next week and see where you get. Even if you stay the same you still have this weeks 5.
I'm sorry you weren't feeling well and that's probably the reason for the big loss . . but I say take it any way you can! Hope the downward motion continues.
