Default Daily Weigh-ins?

Hi ladies! Just curious, do you weigh yourselves daily, or do you wait for the WW weigh-in? I always used to weigh myself daily, but I started WW on Saturday, and I think I would just like to weigh in at the meeting, so there is an element of surprise and anticipation. What works best for YOU?

a lot of us weigh daily. but we dont take the daily numbers.
alot of us also weigh in once a week.
Sometimes when we say we have WI (weigh in) tomorrow, it means the WW weigh in, or an official home weigh in.

Currently I've been weighing daily to work on a chart that will show my numbers over the course of time.

But I only "count" my Monday weigh-in.

I've done it both ways in the past. I just use whatever is right for me at the moment. Sometimes daily. Sometimes just once a week.

I am with Lovely on this one - weighing every day, but only counting my Tuesday weight as "official." Lets me know in which direction I am heading, and if any adjustments need to be made on a day-to-day basis instead of being 7-days in and getting a surprise.

Not to deviate from the thread, but breannabelle, how did you make your avatar?? I used to go to a site, years ago, that you could customize something to have your body shape and looks like that, but I can't remember where it is for the life of me.

And to get back on topic- I weigh myself daily and keep track of it on an Excel spreadsheet along with my food and exercise. Bad habit to watch the scale daily, but I'm a bit OCD.

I weigh myself daily. I have IBS with constipation and I can weigh 150 during the day if I eat wrong. I weigh 144 in the morning. look small in the morning and pregnant during the day lol.

I also weigh daily at home but only "count" the official WW weigh-in. Weighing daily helps keep me accountable. But I do not get hung up on the day-to-day fluctuations in weight. I keep a wall calendar near my scale and track my weight on that. That makes it easy to compare Monday to the last Monday or Friday to last Friday so I can see my progress.
