1st Day!
Hi everyone!
I just stumbled across this website, and I feel like it is a sign to get serious about my weight loss. Here's a bit about me...
After playing volleyball for most of my life, I tore my shoulder and was forced into a life without working out. To go from two workouts a day to being forced to sit on the couch and let myself heal after surgery was a difficult concept. What was even harder was trying to get back in shape. I finished my senior year in high school weighing 150 lbs and ended my freshmen year at about 165 (freshmen 15, of course). I've struggled up and down with dieting, working out, maintaining, etc. At this point, my weight is at an all time high of 183.
My goal is to get back in shape and lose my college weight. I look forward to learning as much as I can here and the support that I have read in other threads! :-)
