I am new to 3FC, but have visited the site several times. I have lost over 80 pounds since January, but still have a considerable way to go. Everyone here seems nice and friendly, so I thought I would jump right in and get my feet wet.

Hi Scrappy Girl. 80 pounds that amazing keep up the good work. Im new on here i lost 16 pound at the end of last year but it started to creep back on so thought id come on here for a bit of support and inspiration and the weight is starting to come down again.
