stuck @ 150's!!!!! =/
given all of my efforts, calorie counting, hours at the gym, runs around the park: i have been stuck at 155! my goodness how frusterating! i was able to get down to a brief 154.6 and i was thrilled, however it lasted only an hour as i was excited and rushed to weigh myself, yes back up to 155.8!! does anyone have any tips on how to get over this hurdle? i would appreciate any feedback!
in addition: my sisters wedding is august 20th and i am the maid of honor, i would like to look my best as the photographs will be cherished memories for a very long time to come! =D
