Do you ever listen to songs when you work out because they make you feel sexier?? I know that sounds strange but like club/party music makes me feel more confident when I work out like i'm all of the sudden a size 2 with bigger boobs and a firmer butt when I am on the treadmill or doing my sit ups.. haha am I the only one?
I JUST posted in the other workout song thread with this answer, but yes!!! All the time! I'm all about the music to make me feel sexy! You're definitely not the only one!
HAHA!! I absolutely do this. I tend to listen to my "sexy music" if I'm doing something slow like weight lifting or stretching. Fast paced kick *** girl rock music or club/reggaeton music when I'm doing cardio!
Something like that.. I have to admit, I walk the treadmill like im walking the runway (in my head)! hahahahah dont judge Serious face and walking super fast!
Haha! I do that ALL the time (no, really; it's like a bi-daily occurrence), especially in the privacy of my own home. Once that Rhianna song starts playing, I feel like a hot, unbelievably toned (and talented) dancer just working it. Ahhhh, one day! In the meantime, a girl can dream!
Haha, absolutely not. I work out to reggaeton and house music and fantasize about being too hot to care about anything but how hot I am.
Ha, I love to work out to reggaeton! It's a secret guilty pleasure of mine...on the outside I'm all heavy metal and stoner rock and yet...on the treadmill I'm getting hyped to Coscullela!
hahaha. yess!! & thank you so much for this thread cause I all of the sudden have the motivation to go to the gym after work. I was going to go either way, but now I can't wait!

I do this, too! I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I strut my stuff as if I were in the kittycat Dolls *this got edited for some reason?!*. LOL. Sometimes I even lip sync. Oh dear!

I've been using Girl Talk albums for working out for years--they're so upbeat and never leave me a chance to get bored. It's like being in a f'reals club while I'm exercising. "Night Ripper," "Feed the Animals," and "All Day" are excellent workout albums.
I googled looking for workout songs, because I tend to get bored of the same playlist.
I just wanted to thank you all for popping up on my google search. I never thought that there was a community so diverse that focuses on weight loss.
Anyway, I mostly listen to reggaeton and rock (it's not for everyone, but even if you don't understand the language since reggaeton is in Spanish, it's wonderful even if only for the beat).
Here are some songs:
Por Las Bocinas - Yomo
Tocarte Toda - Calle 13
Hello - Zion
Mala Conducta - Alexis y Fido
Some music in English that I like to workout to, even though it might not be "sexy" (lol):
Meds - Placebo
Every You Every Me - Placebo
And by Garbage, a few of the songs: Push It, Stupid Girl, Cherry Lips, Sleep Together.
Anyway, thanks again. Hope you gals get some inspiration from the music I posted.
I found that working out at home on my treadmill was a bore. I joined the gym and I'm super excited about it!
