Default Going Back to Calories...

I am on Weight Watchers, and I really like the structure of the program with the free fruits and vegetables. But I'm at the point where I can't stand figuring the points anymore, having to punch in fat, fiber, protein and carbs into a WW calculator just to get a point number.

So I read in the May 16th article of Woman's World about Weight Watchers, and how you can still eat your free fruits and veg and still accomplish weight loss by just simply counting calories instead of points. Well duh. So I'm going to do that. Problem solved.

To me, it's just way simpler to look up in the calories in Calorie King than figure out points.

So count me in!

Sounds like you've found something good for you! Excellent! And best of wishes!
