It may still be your body holding water. I wouldn't freak out. If you are sore at all your muscles may be holding water as well. If you drink any cokes, your body may still be holding water- especially around TOM. The scale weighs everything not just fat. 4 lbs isn't possible in 2 days if you are sticking with 1050-1300 it really isn't possible. For you to gain 4 pounds in two days you would have consumed 14,000 calories. With you watching calories, I doubt that happened. Plus, 14,000 would have to be pretty hard lol in 2 days.
I'd just give it time. Our bodies fluctuate, don't stress over small ups and downs it's extremely normal. I gain about 4-6 lbs before TOM and it isn't gone until 2 or 3 days AFTER TOM.
