Default NSV - My arms go DOWN!

IDK maybe this observation is unique to me because I have fairly narrow shoulders...

I noticed at my high weight that when I stood straight and relaxed that my arms sort of went out at an angle from my shoulders. I guess it was all the fat on my arms and torso just pushing them out a bit. The angle was maybe 10 or 15 degrees. It bothered me because it gave me a more round look and I can definitely see it in pictures from that time.

But yesterday I was looking at myself in the mirror and noticed that the rounded look was reduced because my arms pretty much go down from my shoulders! Well, maybe there is still a slight angle out but it is vastly reduced! I don't know why this struck me so much but I'm very excited about it!

I anticipate reduced self-consciousness over armrest battles and shoulder-rubbing in my upcoming flight...

Another instance of unexpected benefits of weight loss that encourage us along the way. Those NSV's can sure keep us motivated!

Enjoy your new look!
