Hi I'm new here and I just want to introduce myself in hope to meet people who will share with me their success stories and struggles when it comes to being healthy. I have failed miserably multiple times when it comes to losing weight and now I tell myself ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I don't want to be unhealthy anymore and increase my risk developing diseases brought on by obesity. I realized that losing weight alone is not enough. I need to have a support group and a group of motivated individuals who will keep me going and going and going. I joined this forum in hope that people here who struggle as much as I have lend me their knowledge and support. I am excited and I hope to update as much as I can.
