Default Treat ideas that Count as dairy

Hey guys. So I'm craving a dessert type snack and I have 8 points left and I would like to make it count as dairy somehow. Any ideas?

I have chocolate covered ice cream bars that are 5 points and hit the spot. Publix brand.

Mmm thanx. I almost bought those magnum ice cream bars the double caramel crunch! They are so good. But I didn't do it because the numbers were so high not sure on the PP value?

This post is probably too late, but....Do you like yogurt?
I love the taste of french vanilla yogurt, nonfat. I add fresh strawberries and bananas and top with some slivered almonds, yummm!!

1/2 C of nonfat yogurt is 2-3 PP depending on brand
Strawberries and bananas are 0 PP
2 Tbsp slivered almonds is 2 PP

Mmmmm, now I want that as a snack, lol.

I agree with the yogurt idea! I love sliced strawberries and yogurt with a tiny bit of granola. I stick to non fat greek because its thick and high in protein and so yummy, but brand matters I've found.

Also a smoothie! I found a recipe for a cherry chocolate one that I can't wait to try.

Throw that yogurt in the freezer for 10 minutes so that it gets super cold and starts to firm up.. when it gets slightly icy stir it all up to get it creamyish again and add your toppings. FROYO!

Or, have a big, cold glass of chocolate milk. yum
