So, I noticed when I did WW last year (before Points Plus) that I lost weight fast. Like 30 lbs in 2.5 months, and I did basically no exercise. I did P90X for about a week and gave up, so I don't count it.
This time (I started mid-May) I'm doing Points Plus, started yoga at the same time, after a week added body weight routines from bodyrock.tv every
other day.. and I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. On June 4th I started doing bodyrock
every day and I have lost and gained the same 4 lbs ever since. I know part of it was I was miscalculating *some* points, part of it was PMS.. but I really think working out every day was hindering my loss, even tho I can tell I'm getting some stronger, leaner muscles. So while I could be losing fat and gaining muscle (hence the scale not moving), I'm also starting to burn out on working out and I don't ever want that.. so, I'm scaling back to every other day. It will be interesting to see if my loss picks up.
