Hi guys, I've been lurking the forums for a couple of days and have decided to
finally post. I'm Rachel, I'm 20 years old and a university student.
Being in college has definitely taken a toll on my body, and I've decided to turn things around. I've always been chubby, but healthy, before college. It was definitely shocking to find that after 2 years, I'm now overweight. In high school, I vowed to never let my body go past a certain number, and it never did. It took me a trip to the scale at 150 (and still gaining) to realize I needed to get on top of things.
I'm currently 142 ( a lot of healthy eating and a lot of exercising ) and hoping to get down to a healthy 120, and then figure things out from there.
So excited to share my journey with you guys!
