Default So Motivated!! Im Getting There Finally!

Hi Forum Im Emily Im New Here My Weight Loss Gw Is 135 That Is The Goal If I Get Any Lower 125 That Would Be An Added Benefit And I Will Work Towards That Goal When I Reach My Gw. Ive Been 175 For The Last 4 Years And Recently In April 1st Yes April Fools I Know! I Started My Diet And Calorie Counting As Well As Ab Workouts, Pilates 3 Times A Day And 45 Miunte Runs Each Day. I Have Been Quite Succesfull In My Weight Loss And Now Weight 157.0 As Of This Morning!! Looking Forward To Making Friends And Getting To My Goal Weight!

thank you for your support!! as of this morning i was 155.0 and i was right on track with my calorie counting and then i went to my mother in laws house and she cooked fried over easy eggs with rice and i bent the rules. im still at 1,175 calories so im below my 1200 intake, just no snacks tonight, and an extra 15 minutes on an extra run

Congrats on the weight lost, but an ab workout, a 45 minute run and 3 pilates workouts a day? I'm not a nutritionist, but I think maybe you should look into eating more than 1200 calories with that kind of energy expenditure.

That said, you're clearly very motivated. You should have no trouble reaching your goal. : )
