My Weight Loss Gw Is 135 That Is The Goal If I Get Any Lower 125 That Would Be An Added Benefit And I Will Work Towards That Goal When I Reach My Gw. Ive Been 175 For The Last 4 Years And Recently In April 1st Yes April Fools I Know! I Started My Diet And Calorie Counting As Well As Ab Workouts, Pilates 3 Times A Day And 45 Miunte Runs Each Day. I Have Been Quite Succesfull In My Weight Loss And Now Weight 157.0 As Of This Morning!! Looking Forward To Making Friends And Getting To My Goal Weight!
