I stumbled across this website and thought it seems like just the place I need to be.
When I was younger, I was always on the larger side. Then around middle school, I ballooned. And so it went on through high school. I don't know what my highest weight, as I avoided a scale at all costs until after I'd already lost a significant amount. My best guess would place me at 265lbs - 270lbs. My highest recorded weight was 250lbs.
After high school, I started eating sensible and going for walks plus light weights. Two years later I was down to 145lbs. I have never felt better in my whole life. I was only 15lbs away from my goal weight.
Since then, life kicked in and threw me some nasty cards. I let it get me down and resorted back to old habits. It was a gradual thing. First 5lbs came back, then 10. Now I'm back up to 185lbs. Now it's nowhere near where I had started, but I need to take control before it get's there again.
I don't have any kind of support structure right now, and I'm hoping I have found one here. So HELLO EVERYBODY!!
