I have started back on WW and am doing A LOT of activity. I am training for an Olympic triathlon and days I am not training for that I usually burn between 800-1000 points on machines at the gym. With that said I am banking LOTS of activity points. I haven't been using them, or maybe just using 2-3 a day because I am pretty hungry. I would have thought with all my exercise and diet I would be losing a lot faster but I am only losing about a pound a week.I thought about it and maybe I am not eating enough...? Do you all find you lose more weight when you use your activity points the same day you earn them or do you find you lose more when you don't touch them and just eat your daily allowed number of points?? I know everyone is different...but I am kinda lost. THANKS!
