So after losing 85 pounds I can FINALLY shop at any store! Where in Aeropostle I wear a 7/8 in American Eagle I wear a 2....I about peed on myself with excitement! LOL. The only thing that worries me is when I dropped this last 10 pounds will I be able to fit into their clothes?...

Weight: Yes a SIZE 2..like I said I almost peed myself! LOL. I tried on the 6 and it was wayy big and i was like what the heck..haha and then i tried a 2 on and it fit perfect So yea pretty awesome! Talk about vanity sizing.

I noticed I wear a size smaller at AE than other stores but THREE sizes!? That's crazy!

I'm the same way in AE...one of the reasons it's one of my favorite stores (that and the clothes are super cute). I'm definitely not 3 sizes smaller though lol. Usually I wear a 12 in their jeans, when I'm a 14 in other places. Anything helps though!!

AE is my favorite store ever!!!! I'm still in that phase where I wear a 16 there And usually I have to order them online until I get small enough to wear the sizes they have in store lol! I have no butt, i swear! So AE seems to be the only place I can find jeans that acctually fit my body shape!!!

I love AE as well, especially for the fact that their "short" actually means I can buy jeans and not have to have them hemmed! Now I just wish they were a little less expensive - I once saw a beautiful skirt that was $50 :/

I work at AE and I love love love their jeans!! They just fit so perfectly in all the right places

And their short sizes are perfect for me!

They go to size 00 so I'm sure when you reach your goal you will still be able to shop there

I LOVE LOVE LOVE American Eagle... One of my *losing the 65 pounds of gained pregnancy weight* presents to me (when I get there) is to go shopping there and get some jeans and shirts...

and Hollister is my absolute FAVORITE. I wish that store was my closet.

Luckies! I'm actually the opposite but I think it has to do with cut. I can wear an 8 pretty much anywhere but have to upsize to a 1O at american eagle. I think this has to do with my not really storing anything in my mid section but filling out the booty section of all pants haha. Clothes certainly are a mystery. I think the biggest vanity sizer of all is the limited where I can wear a size 6 in dresses. Nutso.

That's weird.. even when I'm wearing a 7 in regular jeans my 12s at AE still fit perfectly. I actually get rid of them because they bummed me out so much lol. I just wish I could take in my AE shirts. I have all larges and I need mediums now, but I don't like their new designs

I don't care how thin I get - I will never shop at Abercrombie or Hollister! LOL. If they didn't like ya when you were big, then I'm not giving them my business now that I fit their mold!

AE is a different story. Love them, always.

Were you buying tops or bottoms? I'm like kelly21, the jeans still fit me well. I can't size down in them too much. Unlike OLDNAVY where I can wear a small.
