Default Exercise ball and motion sickness?

For my b-day last week, DH bought me a pilates kit, with 2 small 2 lb. balls, an exercise chart and a large exercise ball. I tried it for the first time today and got really dizzy and sick feeling. I am really prone to motion sickness and I'm wondering if the small movement corrections of the ball could have triggered this. I'm thinking it was either that or that since I didn't eat a lot yesterday and worked out before lunch - as I usually do - that I was dizzy and weak from not eating enough.

Has anyone here experienced a weirdness like this?

I've never heard of that, but it makes sense if you are prone to motion sickness. I guess you have to take a dramamine b4 working out! LOL
