Default I am back!

Well, it's due time that I get back to my calorie counting. I need lots of support. I usually do it so well for a couple of weeks and then I get lazy and stop paying attention to everything I put in my mouth. I haven't been on the train in a while because I got preggo last August and had my baby girl this April. She's so precious...but that's another subject. Anyway, it's time for me to get back in the game and get this weight off. I'm actually back to my pre-preggo weight but I had only gained about 18 pounds during the whole pregnancy. Anywho, I just calculated my BMI and I am obese at a 38. Morbidly obese is a 40 and I'm so close to that...I really got to get down and soon because it's so easy to just keep going up and up. I'm excited to get back in there and start losing again. I hope to get to know some of you fellow calorie counters.

You can do it!! When was your daughter born? My son was born on April 12

I'm really starting my calorie counting this past week, but I'm trying to find a good balance between losing a good amount of weight each week without affecting my milk supply!

She was born April 14th!

Wish I had some advice about breastfeeding and counting calories. I breastfed for 2 weeks so I don't have to think about that anymore. I did enjoy the weightloss that I got with breastfeeding though. I was back to my pre-preggo weight in no time. Have you tried looking at the pregnant/nursing forum? I think they have some good advice in there for breastfeeding moms.

Yes thanks, just asked today! I managed not to gain much so I'm actually 20 pounds below my pre-pregnancy weight now. But now comes the hard stuff that I've been carrying for years!

I'm using LoseIt, both on my phone and the website. I really like it so far, though I've had to manually enter nutritional information more than once already!

Congratulations and welcome back Sgregg!

My biggest challenge after my last pregnancy was toget enough sleep. When I was not sleeping enough I had a difficult time controlling what I ate.

Hi! I had my baby girl on April 19th. I actually lost weight while pregnant, which was odd but it gave me a nice jump start.

I wish you well, you know you can do it if you want it bad enough! I'm pretty new too, I'm sure I'll be seeing you around on here!
