Well, it's due time that I get back to my calorie counting. I need lots of support. I usually do it so well for a couple of weeks and then I get lazy and stop paying attention to everything I put in my mouth. I haven't been on the train in a while because I got preggo last August and had my baby girl this April. She's so precious...but that's another subject.

Anyway, it's time for me to get back in the game and get this weight off. I'm actually back to my pre-preggo weight but I had only gained about 18 pounds during the whole pregnancy. Anywho, I just calculated my BMI and I am obese at a 38.

Morbidly obese is a 40 and I'm so close to that...I really got to get down and soon because it's so easy to just keep going up and up. I'm excited to get back in there and start losing again. I hope to get to know some of you fellow calorie counters.
