Hey, best of luck with it. Picture yourself in the dress, and every day visualise it. It helps as it will keep you focused on the finish line!! Set small goals such as 5lb increments or that to keep you driven, sometimes it can be daunting thinking how much you have to lose but small goals along the way takes the pressure off. I havnt a birthday present as such however there are a few things I want to do when I lose the weight, its good to have something to look forward to and aim towards!
