I did sb a couple of weeks ago and fell by the wayside.i am starting it again tomorrow.i need to limit and watch which carbs i eat.i have an under active thyroid and have a really hard time losing right now.im still adjusting my meds.
im 61 and counting(will be 62 in 2 weeks).i also have asthma and high blood pressure.
