Hi Everyone!!
I was so excited to start the Ideal Protien Diet. Yesterday (day 1) I did really good, felt pretty tired but stuck to the diet 100%. I woke up got on the scale today and I went from 150 to 147.8
However today I had to run a ton of aerrands all day with my two young children, and by this evening I think the days events caught up with me. My head was pounding and the fresh pizza my hubby brought home was irresistible. I ate two pieces.

I'm so upset with myself for cheating on day 2 no less. Just wondering if I have completely blew it or if I just pick back up tomorrow and stay on track will I be ok?
