Guh. Ok, I've come back and gone about 3 times. I just really can't break the cycle of losing and gaining. I got down to 122, and now I'm back up at 137.4. I've been dealing with some crazy things, including a stalker and the fact that half of my town was basically destroyed by a tornado on April 27. I can't take the fat anymore. It has to go. I need to be held accountable because obviously, I can't do this on my own right now.
Does anyone else end up with yo-yo weight loss/gain? How do you handle it? How did you break the cycle, if you did? Thanks.
