Hello everyone! I've slowly gone through just about every single post in the living maintenance forum over the past few months, and decided it was time to finally register!
I've lost this weight quite a few times over, and realized that unsustainable weight loss is POINTLESS weight loss. This time I'm really working on making permanent changes... I understand now that my weight maintenance is probably going to look a lot like my weight loss, in terms of journaling and exercise, if I want to be successful.
