Default Newbie with question, how much would you guess I weighed? Scared to weigh myself...
It's been too long and I've put on a bit of weight. Last time I was 7st10lbs and I don't want to read anything higher than that. What do you think I weigh now?

I suggest you forget "guessing" and just get up on the scale if you're curious. It's just a number. It doesn't mean anything beyond that. If you think you weigh too much, well 3FC is a support-based forum to help you lose weight in a healthy way.
