A little indroduction. (:
Hello everyone! I'm relatively new here, and I'm working to lose weight, not only to feel better about myself but, also to become more healthy. I'm 16, and female, currently weighing the heaviest weight that I've ever weighed, that number being 238lbs. (size 18/20) I'm going to try to keep a positive outlook while on my journey to become thinner, for I feel that a positive mindset, is very beneficial when you're looking to accomplish something. I'm going to start my journey with the goal of not only becoming thinner, but being overall more healthy, and having a more balanced lifestyle.
I plan to count calories and exercise by doing yoga, dance, and taking more walks. My goal weight is 145lbs
I hope that by joining this community I can create some great friendships, and maybe get a little push every now and then, when I'm feeling discouraged.
