Default Hungrygirl cookbooks

Has anyone looked at these before? They look like a good set of ideas for phase 4. Maybe not every item would work but for sure would be tweakable. Everything looked great!

No wonder you were having cravings... omg, peanut butter cup milkshakes, and bring on the breakfast pizza? yummy... going to have to bookmark that page just so I remember it when I am finally at my goal... they do look good, will have to look more to see how they will fit in, but the breakfasts does look like it would work.

I'm not a fan of soy since the estrogen in it can be too much. It's too much for me so I'd substitute lean meats but overall most of it looks great!

Yes until I tried this diet I never touched soy in my life... the pics just made my mouth water... they do look like something I could tweak for me. did you know she is on the food network the month of May? Sundays apparently... never saw her before but might have another look.
