new to the site & looking for buddies!
Hi! My name is Michelle. I just registered for the site today, and I hope to find a few people who maybe have some of the same goals as me. I just started dieting and exercising this week. My long term goal is to lose my belly bulge & tone up! I'm 5'10 and I weigh 144. I want to lose roughly 10-15 lbs. So far the exercising is a bit harder than I expected. It's easiest for me to work out at home, since I'm currently staying home during the day. I got a few DVDs from library this week & I actually like one of them. My abs are a little sore from the workout yesterday, and I plan to do it again today. Anyone else stay home and have tips to losing weight & toning up?
