Hello! I have read alot about this website when i askd health questions on the net and figured i wold like to join. I am 28 and from Missouri, I have been married for 3 years and have a 19 month old boy. For the last 12 weeks i have been doing the C25K but i have just started on week 7. I was over weight in highschool then started to lose alot of weight afteri graduated. I was the slimest about 2 years before I had my baby and started gaining weight back when i got engaged. Igained 45 lbs with my pregnancy even tho i watched what i ate. I have lost all of the baby weight and would love to lose the o i have met my future husband weight

. I started losing a little when i started running and now im gaining it back, hopefully it is muscle. I just started back at the YMCA last week so i can run rain or shine and lift a little too. I am so happy for this web site and hope to get lots of tips and encouragement!
