Wuv- Great advice... I'm obsessed with my Kindl so I should really read more in the evenings. I do weight watchers, so I do have an official weigh day, Sunday, but I'm still tempted to weigh myself more. That just gets me into my unhealthy ED thoughts though which is not good.

I'm so glad to have found this place! My whole family is in this weight loss mode right now. My dad's lost like 15lbs in the last month, my mom started the trend last year and she's down to 130lbs and super toned for a 60 year old. They both work out 4-5 days a week, it was really motivating for me. If they can do it, so can I right? And my brother is down to 150 which is like close to my goal. So I'm the last one to pick up and start getting healthy!
I went through some tough emotional stuff and big life changes... Last year I stopped drinking and other stuff and that became my biggest priority so excersizing went out the window. It feels awesome to get back to it. Endorphins are just amazing.
