Default Reintroduction
Hi all - I visited here a lot in early 2008 and then fell off the wagon and disappeared. (I think the wagon ran me over, actually.)

Well, here it is, mid-2011, and I'm back and ready to start again, for real this time. I've continued to struggle, but I feel like this time I have the strength to follow through.

Unfortunately, I'm starting at a higher weight than I was then, but I'm determined to stick with it. I started last Friday and am down 6 pounds on weigh-day today, which is very motivating.

Glad to be back!

Just think of it in small steps. Relate your weight loss to an item. You loss a bag of sugar. WOW! good for you. You can do it!!!
