I have tight, toned legs and an overall very fit lower body, but my upper body looks like a flab explosion. There's loose skin, stretch marks, fat rolls... you name it. I am a 22 year old girl and I have to decide the same thing each morning that middle-aged men with large beer guts have to decide: do I tuck the stomach into my pants so I can't breathe, or do I let it flop over so it sways uncomfortably when I move?
