B,L,D - Monday May 16th

    I'll start:

    B~ 2 egg whites, chocolate RTD drink box, coffee
    L~ Salad (mixed field greens, red pepper, green pepper, cucumber, green onion) with homemade oil & vinegar dressing, IP vegetable chili;
    D~ Tuna salad wrap (tuna, sea salt, pepper, dill, WF Thousand Island dressing wrapped in lettuce leaves) - thank you to whoever first suggested this - I loved it!, leftover mashed turnips;
    S~ Chocolate RTD drink box and later, my DH forced me to have something (an IP choco-raspberry bar) after I almost fainted on the stairs at home (see Lo)

    Ex~ 1-hour tap dance class

    Hi~ Tap dance class was so much fun!

    Lo~ Almost fainting on the stairs at home: not enough calories? tired? blood pressure? My daughter was making me angry as she would not go to sleep and kept throwing fits causing me to go up and down the stairs several times while trying relax while watching DWTS on TV.
