Default The best veggie burgers on the planet

Seriously, this is my new favorite cookbook. Ok it is definitely a niche cookbook but the recipes are super easy and delicious. I made 2 veggie burgers this past week, both of them were a good size. One of them had 210 calories, the other was 125. There are soy and wheat free recipes (and a mixture of either wheat free or soy free). It is worth a flip through at the bookstore if nothing else.

Oooh, it looks good! I see a very nice variety in the index. I'm glad to hear there are plenty of soy and wheat free burgers too.

I have a different one worth considering. Burgers Every Which Way. http://www.amazon.com/Veggie-Burgers...ref=pd_sim_b_1 It's my fave

Thanks for this!
I once made my own bean burgers, which turned out awful. I couldn't even cook them because they were so mushy and fell apart easily.

I'm not a vegetarian but I have been thinking about making the switch (for health purposes, not ethical ones). I definitely want to check these out Thanks for posting!
