Seriously, this is my new favorite cookbook. Ok it is definitely a niche cookbook but the recipes are super easy and delicious. I made 2 veggie burgers this past week, both of them were a good size. One of them had 210 calories, the other was 125. There are soy and wheat free recipes (and a mixture of either wheat free or soy free). It is worth a flip through at the bookstore if nothing else. http://www.amazon.com/Best-Veggie-Bu.../dp/1592334768

I must check this out, I can't eat soy and my DIL can't eat wheat.
I'm not a vegetarian but I have been thinking about making the switch (for health purposes, not ethical ones). I definitely want to check these out Thanks for posting!
