Default hello - continuing to fight the good fight!

hello everyone!
i've been overweight ever since i entered elementary school. in high school and in college, i always played sports...but stayed chunky. ever since i graduated college, entered the workforce, got a master's degree, and been married...i've ballooned up to my all-time-HIGH of 239 lbs! (did manage to drop down to 190 lbs prior to the wedding 3 years ago...but gained it all back and then some afterwards!)

my company started an "On the Move" campaign and issued pedometers to the participants. sadly, my daily records are just the bare minimum...walking to and from the car to get to the office and then back home, bathroom breaks (trying to drink lots of water to flush the toxins out), and then my piddling around the house.

I'm hoping that 3FC and the FitDay.com sites will help me stay motivated as i monitor my caloric intake and activities. I've read through a few posts...and am excited for everyone...and hope I can continue to fight the good fight of becoming healthy!

Hey! Great start you're making so far!!! Keeping track of your food and movement is the way to go Join in on discussions and keep coming back. These people are knowledgeable and want everyone to succeed.

(Just a little PS - Your body isn't toxic, so no need to worry about toxins. Water is just pure and good for you!)
