Default It took my best friend to get married...
Well Hello there Guys,

Over the last year, I've packed on the 30ish pounds and it took me going dress shipping for a bridesmaid dress to realize that it really was that bad. Every so often I did the whole I'll work out or I'll drink more water, but I just got mentally and physically lazy and didn't do what I needed to do. Now I'm on it. I started my lifestyle change yesterday.

I'm a mom to an 8 year daughter and live in Atlanta. I consider myself a pretty easy going person and hope to meet some good buddies here.
